Action in Haarlem zoekt een bedrijfsleider die met zijn team het winkelresultaat maximaliseert en de winkel tot een succes maakt. Je stuurt een assistent bedrijfsleider(s) aan en bewaakt omzet en presentatie van de winkel.
Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor planning, ontwikkeling van collega’s en het evalueren van kandidaten die solliciteren bij jouw vestiging. Regelmatig overleg met de rayonleider is onderdeel van de rol.
