Een zorginstelling in Haarlem zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider voor 24-32 uur per week. Je biedt begeleiding aan kinderen van 4 tot 18 jaar die behoefte hebben aan ontwikkelingsgerichte zorg. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het monitoren van welzijn en het opstellen van ondersteuningsplannen. Kandidaten moeten beschikken over een MBO-niveau 4 diploma in Zorg & Welzijn en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden hebben.
Een jaarcontract met mogelijkheid tot vast dienstverband wordt aangeboden.
