Stichting Philadelphia Zorg in Haarlem zoekt een Ambulant Jeugd- en Gezinsbegeleider voor 28 tot 32 uur per week. In deze rol ondersteun je gezinnen met uiteenlopende hulpvragen, bied je maatwerk en werk je samen met lokale partners.
Jij helpt gezinnen in kwetsbare situaties en zorgt voor een veilige omgeving. Wij bieden een contract met zicht op een langdurig dienstverband en mogelijkheden voor opleiding en ontwikkeling.
