Buurts in Haarlem zoekt betrokken Samen Thuiscoaches voor het project Gewoon Samen Thuisbuurt. In deze rol bouw je mee aan een nieuw initiatief dat de verbinding tussen bewoners, welzijn en zorg versterkt. Je werkt voor 24 uur per week met een jaarcontract en een salaris tussen € 3.435 en € 5.216 bruto per maand.
Je bent de verbindende kracht, stimuleert bewonersinitiatieven en zorgt voor samenwerking binnen de buurt. De functie biedt een inspirerende werkomgeving en mogelijkheden voor professionele ontwikkeling.
