Akkolade zoekt een trajectbegeleider voor het Leger des Heils in Haarlem. Je begeleidt dak- of thuislozen en helpt hen met praktische en emotionele ondersteuning. De rol vraagt om initiatiefrijk zijn en in contact blijven met de doelgroep.
Je werkt in een team waar samenwerking essentieel is en speelt een actieve rol in het verbeteren van de zorg. Dit functie biedt een contract voor 24 tot 32 uur per week, met een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.397 en €5.157 op basis van 36 uur.
