RIBW Kennemerland/Amstelland en de Meerlanden zoekt een Woonbegeleider in Haarlem voor 32 uur per week. Je ondersteunt bewoners met psychische kwetsbaarheden en verslavingen in hun dagelijkse leven en helpt hen om grip te houden op hun situatie.
Met een focus op zelfstandigheid en veiligheid, bied je een betrokken aanpak in samenwerking met een team van collega’s. Je dient een relevante mbo-opleiding te hebben en affiniteit met de doelgroep is cruciaal.
