RIBW Kennemerland/Amstelland en de Meerlanden zoekt een Begeleider B voor locatie Schoterlandt in Haarlem. Je werkt 28–32 uur per week en ondersteunt cliënten met psychiatrische kwetsbaarheid. Je vormt een brug tussen wijk en cliënten en stimuleert participatie in de samenleving.
Je rapporteert over activiteiten en werkt mogelijk in groepsverband of individueel. Mogelijke neven taken en samenwerking met driehoek en collega’s staan centraal.
