Je werkt flexibel tussen 8:00 en 21:00 uur, altijd zelfstandig, met ruimte voor eigen aanpak en planning. Er is aandacht voor balans tussen werk en privé, en kansen op opleidingen en trainingen binnen een erkende cao gehandicaptenzorg.
