RIBW Kennemerland/Amstelland en de Meerlanden zoekt een Woonbegeleider op Schoterlandt in Haarlem voor 28-32 uur per week met een start in 26045. De functie is gericht op begeleiding van cliënten met psychische kwetsbaarheid en uitstroom naar zelfstandig wonen, binnen een veilig en professioneel team.
U werkt vanuit driehoek met collega’s en rapporteert over activiteiten en ontwikkelingen. Er zijn mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling via trainingen en coaching en een passende beloning volgens FWG 40.
