Location:

Hackensack, NJ (07601). Full‑time, no nights, no holidays. A compensation plan that allows you to control your income. We provide a stable and consistent working schedule, all your cleaning supplies, training, appointments, housekeeper uniform, and a company car while you work so you don't have to put miles on your own. Benefits & Pay:
We pay a guaranteed minimum wage of $15.25 per hour with the ability to make up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, you can earn even more.

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow our process to delight every customer and earn tips.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Make customers feel like you care about their home, building loyalty.
• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely (for team lead).
• Maintain equipment and keep the vehicle loaded with housekeeping supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Availability Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am–5 pm; some Saturdays acceptable.
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.
• Valid, non‑expired driver’s license and ability to drive the company vehicle.
