We are partnering with a fast-growing, private‑equity‑backed consumer brands company to identify a Finance Manager, Commercial Finance. This role sits at the intersection of finance, marketing, and operations and will play a key role in shaping how the business invests, grows, and scales.

This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup‑like environment—where finance is a strategic partner, not just a reporting function.

• Own brand‑level forecasting for volume, revenue, margin, and marketing investment
• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain through the monthly S&OP process
• Build financial models to evaluate pricing, promotions, innovation, and growth initiatives
• Deliver clear, actionable insights on brand P&L performance, KPIs, risks, and opportunities
• Support leadership with scenario modeling, ROI analysis, and decision‑ready reporting

• FP&A or commercial finance experience in a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong financial modeling and business‑partnering skills
• Ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions cross‑functionally
• Experience in CPG and/or private‑equity‑backed businesses strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with evolving processes and scaling systems
