We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Operations Director to lead our Hackensack, NJ practice and drive operational excellence that transforms patient experiences.

Compensation: $195,000 – $225,000 annually

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead Physician Operations:
    Optimize schedules, clinic flow, and EMR systems to enhance efficiency and patient care.
  • Drive Nursing Excellence:
    Oversee inpatient and outpatient nursing teams, fostering a culture of compassion and clinical precision.
  • Advance Clinical Research:
    Support innovative research initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Streamline Patient Access:
    Manage intake and new patient flow for a smooth, welcoming experience.
  • Monitor Clinical Performance:
    Track and improve key metrics tied to our Management Agreement.
  • Empower Clinical Staff:
    Supervise and develop MAs, LPNs, and other support staff to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–7 years of leadership experience in clinical operations within a healthcare setting.
  • Expertise in EMR optimization and clinical workflow management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Passion for improving patient care and operational efficiency.
