ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead Physician Operations: Optimize schedules, clinic flow, and EMR systems to enhance efficiency and patient care.
- Drive Nursing Excellence: Oversee inpatient and outpatient nursing teams, fostering a culture of compassion and clinical precision.
- Advance Clinical Research: Support innovative research initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Streamline Patient Access: Manage intake and new patient flow for a smooth, welcoming experience.
- Monitor Clinical Performance: Track and improve key metrics tied to our Management Agreement.
- Empower Clinical Staff: Supervise and develop MAs, LPNs, and other support staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–7 years of leadership experience in clinical operations within a healthcare setting.
- Expertise in EMR optimization and clinical workflow management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Passion for improving patient care and operational efficiency.
