Position Overview:

We are seeking FT and PT compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) who are committed to personal growth, professional development, and delivering exceptional care. The ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, adaptability to clients needs, and a passion for making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities

Support client independence while ensuring safety and well-being

Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs and document as required

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff

Maintain a respectful, compassionate, and professional presence at all times

Documents as

Required:

Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license

Minimum one year of recent, active CHHA experience

Valid NJ Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Ability to travel throughout Bergen County

CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to adapt to various client environments with professionalism and empathy
