The Training Instructor I, PB designs, delivers, and evaluates PB EPIC Ambulatory/Revenue Operations/Health Information Management (HIM) education and training programs for staff, management and other departments utilizing systems and/or modules to support the strategic goals of the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) Network. This includes developing end users system training and developing operational policies. Co‑manages all aspects of systems training involving PB EPIC Ambulatory/Revenue Operations/HIM.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; or equivalent relevant HMH experience at approximately 3-4 years.
• Minimum of 2 years of education/training experience.
• Experience in healthcare related fields.
• Computer literacy, preferably in Google Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

• Master's degree in a related field.
• System implementation experience.

• Maintain Certification via Annual New Version Training (Epic NVT).
• Epic Certifications in respective assigned Epic modules within 6 months of hire.
• Attend Epic's MST Courses within 1 year of being hired.
• Successfully pass completion of EPIC assessment within 30 days after Network access granted.
