- Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday — 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM
The Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) provides skilled specimen collection and patient service support at designated collection sites. This role represents the company as the face of quality healthcare
, ensuring all blood draws and specimen processing procedures are performed accurately, safely, and with empathy. The PSR II creates a professional, reassuring experience for patients while maintaining strict compliance with all laboratory and safety protocols.
- Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection
, labeling, and processing in accordance with company and regulatory procedures. - Verify patient identification and ensure accurate labeling of specimens in the patient’s presence.
- Maintain required documentation, logs, and quality control records
. - Uphold high standards of customer service and patient care through clear communication and professionalism.
- Follow all health, safety, and dress code policies
, including infection control procedures. - Provide coverage at multiple Patient Service Centers (PSCs) or In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP) sites as needed, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
- Prioritize workloads effectively and maintain productivity in a high-volume environment.

- 3+ years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center (PSC) or IOP environment preferred.
- Prior customer service experience in a healthcare, retail, or service setting preferred.
- Keyboard and data entry proficiency required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (mandatory only in CA, NV, and WA; not required in NJ).
