ResponsibilitiesThe Switchboard Operator provides caller-related assistance and information to all internal and external callers.
Education, Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
Required
- High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
- PC keyboard and basic computer skills.
- To work every other weekend and/or every weekend
- To work three (3) out of six (6) holidays and/or every holiday
- To work rotating schedule/shifts based on needs.
Skills and Abilities
Preferred
- 1 year of work experience as a switchboard operator.
- Working knowledge of PBX console.
- Switchboard or call center experience
