• Schedules appointments for patients following the policies, procedures, and guidelines of the department.
• Requests and retrieves medical records and pathology reports from Humana Medical Center, other hospitals, clinics, or physician offices.
• Enters computer data to ensure integrity of patient history and appointment files.
• Identifies the needs of the patient population served and modifies and delivers care that is specific to those needs (e.g., age, culture, language, hearing or visual impairment). Communicates with the patient, parent, and/or primary caregiver at their developmental/educational/literacy level.
• Adheres to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies.

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills.

Starting at $21.40 per hour.
