Responsibilities- Work with clinicians, providers, and healthcare stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Analyze clinical workflows, patient data, and EHR systems
- Create BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and process maps
- Support EHR implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Act as liaison between business users and technical teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, etc.)
- Assist in UAT, data validation, and issue resolution
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Healthcare
- Strong knowledge of Clinical workflows & EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, etc.)
- Experience with HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments
- Clinical background or experience working with providers/nurses
- EHR certification (Epic preferred)
- Healthcare data analytics experience
