Position: Legal Technology Training Specialist (Full-Time) (Hybrid in Bergen County, NJ)

Legal Technology Training Specialist (Full-Time) (Hybrid in Bergen County, NJ)

Location:

Hybrid schedule in Bergen County, New Jersey, of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Salary: $100K - $150K Salary

Must Haves:
  • A preference is someone who comes from a Law Firm of 400 or more in size
  • Assist in developing and delivering skills-based training, expanding our eLearning library, supporting user adoption strategies, and coordinating training logistics.
  • Reporting to the Legal Technology Trainer, you'll play a key role in enhancing how our attorneys and staff are aware of the available legal tools and become productive with them.

My Client is seeking a Legal Technology Training Specialist for our Hackensack, New Jersey office to join our IT team and support the Firm's technology training initiatives.

Job Specs:
  • Assist in developing and delivering skills-based training, expanding our eLearning library, supporting user adoption strategies, and coordinating training logistics.
  • Reporting to the Legal Technology Trainer, you'll play a key role in enhancing how our attorneys and staff are aware of the available legal tools and become productive with them.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys teaching, content creation, and helping others get the most out of technology in a professional services environment.
  • Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal ability, and the aptitude to learn new tasks quickly.
  • The role requires adherence to established procedures, strong documentation discipline, and the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
  • Periodic travel to other Firm offices is required.
  • A law firm or professional services background is necessary.
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in a legal or technology field or equivalent work experience
