IT Lead - Hackensack

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is seeking a full-time, in-person IT Lead, to be based out of the firm’s Hackensack, NJ office.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and MS Office Suite (2016+)
• Strong customer service, analytical, and presentation skills
• Effective communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Law firm experience preferred
• High ethical standards and confidentiality

• Serve as primary liaison between the firm and third-party IT support
• Ensure deployment and maintenance of office technology (computers, printers, scanners, phones)
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripherals
• Track and resolve issues
• Install and configure equipment per firm guidelines
• Maintain conference room AV and video conferencing systems
• Assist with office moves, remote events and office support as needed
• Address wireless connectivity issues for internal and external users
• Coordinate repairs with vendors
• Perform other duties as assigned
• 401(k) match up to 2.5% after 6 months of employment
