Principal or Senior Counsel – Commercial Litigation

Offit Kurman, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an experienced litigation attorney at the Principal or Senior Counsel level (including new principals) to join our New Jersey office.

Location: New Jersey (required for in-person court appearances)

Base pay range: $200,000 – $250,000 per year.

• Take on matters from other partners and support complex litigation across the firm.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting, discovery, depositions, motions, and court appearances.
• Work independently on a broad range of litigation work.

• 7–10+ years of litigation experience, including complex commercial matters.
• Proven ability to independently run cases and provide litigation support.
• Strong analytical, writing, and courtroom skills.

• Strong national platform with significant cross‑selling opportunities.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment for both production attorneys and business generators.
• Business development resources, coaching, and support.
