Litigation Associate

Location

Duties

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Manage client relationships and communicate directly with clients on case strategy and progress.
• Prepare for and assist in trial preparations, including depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to ensure effective case management.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of litigation strategies for clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of general experience in commercial litigation.
• New Jersey Bar admission required.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
