Family Law Attorney (Matrimonial Law) - NJ/NY BAR Required
$130,000 - $160,000 per year
Matrimonial & Family Practice Group is looking to add a Family Law Associate to their team. We are a New Jersey based full‑service law firm specializing in complex commercial litigation, white‑collar criminal prosecutions, government investigations, class action defense, employment law counseling & litigation, corporate transactions, commercial real estate transactions, land use & municipal law, trusts & estates planning, estate litigation, and matrimonial law.
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join the Matrimonial and Family Department.

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Matrimonial Law
- Admitted to the New Jersey & New York State Bar
- Excellent attention to details

- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment, be highly organized and proactive
- Ability to handle court appearances
- Ability to independently manage their own case load
- Heavy concentration on Motion preparation
