Busy, well-established real estate law office in Hackensack, NJ (sole practitioner) is seeking a motivated, high-energy legal secretary/paralegal to join the practice.

This is an in-office position working closely one-on-one with the attorney
, with significant independence and responsibility.

• Handling residential real estate files from contract to closing
• Substantial client, realtor, lender, and title company contact
• Managing deadlines, calendars, and closing schedules
• Preparing correspondence and routine real estate documents
• Maintaining organized electronic and physical files
• Prioritizing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

• Is detail-oriented, organized, and computer-savvy
• Has strong interpersonal and telephone skills
• Is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of files

• Stable, long-established practice
