, is seeking a full-time Attorney to join us in our General Litigation Department.

As an Attorney in our General Liability Department, you will be responsible for handling a variety of matters from initial file opening through discovery to resolution, including trial. Actual trial experience to verdict is a requirement. New Jersey bar admission is required.

• Court appearances
• Conduct depositions
• Prepare and draft legal documents
• Advise clients on legal strategy.
• Negotiate settlements
• Draft briefs and motions
