- Supervise and mentor CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
- Partner with care teams to ensure excellent outcomes
- Oversee daily clinical operations
- Active NJ RN license + leadership experience
- RN 3-5 Years Experienced in Subacute Setting
- Skilled in long‑term care/rehab/SNF
