. This full‑time night position offers a dynamic, evidence‑based environment for pediatric care.

As a night RN in the Pediatric Emergency Department, you will collaborate with clinicians, support families, and provide high‑quality, safe care throughout the evening shift.

• Deliver nursing practices aligned with current evidence‑based research, policies, and standards to ensure safe, individualized patient care.
• Communicate regularly with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding status, care plans, and treatment.
• Administer medications using advanced bar‑scanning and documentation technologies to guarantee safe delivery.
• Document patient assessments, plan of care, interventions, and evaluation using point‑of‑care electronic tools.
• Provide patient and family‑centered education focused on health optimization and disease management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary discharges to ensure safe transitions and continuity of care.

• New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse License required.
• BSN in progress and/or willingness to earn within 3 years.
• Pediatric or Emergency Nursing experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months relevant nursing experience or active participant in HMH Nurse Residency Program.
• Fast learner with strong accountability, teamwork focus, dedication to ongoing education, and passion for patient‑centric care.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.

Minimum hourly rate: $47.39/hr salary may vary based on market data, experience, education, certifications, and location. Shift differentiations and performance incentives may apply.
