Registered Nurse – Emergency Department – Full Time Nights – located at Hackensack University Medical Center (HACKENSACK UNIVERSITY MED CNTR).

• Deliver nursing practices based on evidence‑based research, policies, and standards of care to provide safe, individualized patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team about status, care, and treatment plans.
• Administer medication using bar‑scanning and documentation technologies to ensure patient safety.
• Document point‑of‑care assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically.
• Provide patient‑ and family‑centered education to promote health, wellness, and disease management.
• Participate in multidisciplinary discharge planning to ensure safe transitions and continuity of care.

• Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• BSN in progress or plan to complete within three (3) years of hire.
• At least six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or active participation in HMH Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, and demonstrate strong accountability, teamwork, and dedication to ongoing education.
• BLS/CPR certification by the American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire.

Starting at $47.39 hourly. Pay equity and transparency are core values; the posted rate is a minimum base estimate under the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act.
