RN Shift Supervisor – Hackensack, NJ

Salary Range: $44,000 – $62,000

• Coordinate and oversee all nursing activities during your shift.
• Ensure state and federal regulations and facility policies are followed and high-quality care is maintained.
• Act as the facility’s representative in the absence of the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing and the Administrator.
• Delegate administrative authority, responsibility and accountability necessary for carrying out assigned duties.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or an accredited RN program preferred, or graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and currently enrolled in an approved RN program actively pursuing RN licensure.
• 1+ year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related healthcare facility.
• Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN.
