Emergency Department Registered Nurse Location

This is a 13-week contract position.

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend required, 3 out of 6 holidays required.

Our Emergency Department (ED) RNs must be ready to care for patients when they need us most. In addition to providing specialized and innovative services, our ED RNs are equipped to handle a variety of emergency situations for patients of all ages. These nurses are trained in dealing with various trauma situations requiring quick and decisive actions.

• Quickly and accurately assess incoming patients with both physical and mental health conditions.
• Prioritize patients' injuries and medical needs accordingly.
• Provide specialized care tailored to emergency situations.

• Minimum 18 months of Nursing experience in an ED environment.
• ED experience within the past six months.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
• BLS-AHA, ACLS, Telemetry, PALS, NIHSS certifications.
• CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours required.
