- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
- Perform age and disease specific assessments independently.
- Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status.
- Identify patient/family education needs based on age and disease.
- Develop a patient-centered plan of care with specific goals/outcomes.
- Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively.
- Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team.
- Administer medications utilizing advanced bar-scanning technologies.
- Evaluate progress toward attainment of patient outcomes.
- Adhere to established protocols and document care accurately.
Education: Degree in Nursing from an accredited school required
Experience: New Grad
Licenses &
Certifications:
Valid RN License by start date, CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
