Pediatric Home Care RN/LPN - Hackensack, NJ | Up to $60/hr + Sign-On Bonus

Reliant Pediatric Home Care is hiring RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children. Immediate opening in Hackensack, NJ. Mon-Sun 11pm-7am. Flexible schedule – pick your days.

• RN: $55-60/hour.
• LPN: $35-42/hour.
• Weekly pay via direct deposit.

• Full-time: $1,500 (paid $500 at 30 days, $500 at 90 days, $500 at 6 months).
• Part-time: $750.

Provide skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient in their home, working closely with the family and care team. This includes assessment, medication administration, treatment and therapy per the care plan, trach/vent management where applicable, family education, and documentation.

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Trach/vent experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training before your first shift.
