Qualifications of an RN Unit ManagerA nursing degree from an accredited college or university,
An active/ valid NJ (RN) Registered Nurse license; Must have no disciplinary action in effect against professional license.
Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care in long-term care, restorative or geriatric setting as an RN.
Minimum (1) year of experience in nursing management.
Current CPR Certification.
Your comprehensive responsibilities will include:
Individualized Patient Assessment:
Staff, Patient, and Family Education
Progress Tracking and Compliance
Interdisciplinary Coordination
Staff Supervision and Oversight
Regular Nursing Rounds
Compliance Assurance
Performance Evaluation and Coaching
Resource Management
Conflict Resolution
Other Duties as Assigned
