** Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Preop/PACU CWR!** *
* Job Description:
** - Are you a passionate Registered Nurse looking to make a real impact in patient care? Join our dynamic team where your skills will shine! - Evaluate patients and assist physicians with comprehensive patient care.
- Plan, implement, and document personalized nursing care based on individual patient needs.
- Identify patient needs and establish priorities through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate an individualized plan of care based on ongoing patient assessments.
- Initiate assessments based on patient problems, medical diagnoses, and the functional health framework.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage the care of patients with compassion and expertise.
- Document care following established standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for evidence-based care standards and embrace innovations in care delivery.
- Provide patient-centered care aligned with our professional nursing practice model.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the team and organization.

- ** Required
Skills & Experience:
** - Minimum of 2 recent years in critical care, pre-op, and Recovery/PACU experience required.
- Strong background in Telemetry.
- Must have Tele certification.
- ** Preferred
Skills & Experience:
** - 3+ years of PACU experience preferred.
- Expected to work in other preop/PACU within the Perioperative service when needed.
- At least 2 years of nursing in a critical care environment, with expertise in ventilator management.

** - Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).

* Preferred Education:
** - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
** Certifications & Licensure:**
- ** Required Certifications & Licensure:** - New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - AHA.
- Telemetry certification.
** Schedule Notes:** - New position - Hybrid Registered Nurse CPU Pre Op and PACU.
- Full-time 40 hours per week.
- Shift: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM (10-hour shift).
- No weekend shifts.
- Work when needed in other preop/PACU positions within Perioperative service.
