Rosa Mexicano Restaurants, a NYC based, successful casual fine dining restaurant group known for outstanding hospitality and service, offers an authentic menu that the Zagat Survey calls the "gold standard" of "upscale modern" Mexican cuisine. With locations in New York, New Jersey, Las Vegas, Boston, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, we seek a Front of House Manager for our Riverside Square location.

• Hire, train, and develop all FOH restaurant staff in fine dining service standards.
• Maintain schedules, payroll, and other administrative support to control food and beverage costs, including inventory and pars.
• Organize and conduct pre‑shift and departmental meetings daily.
• Maintain communication with all departments to ensure customer service needs are met.
• Create seating charts and station assignments daily, following up with support staff for expected business.
• Maintain all reservation systems and books to accommodate business demands.
• Create side‑work assignments and ensure completion with wait staff.
• Maintain the highest level of service to clients/guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining room area.
• Investigate and resolve all client/guest complaints in a timely, professional, and diplomatic manner.

• 2–4 years of upscale restaurant experience in a management position.
• Food Handler certified.
• Knowledgeable with labor laws, health codes, safety, food handling, and sanitation.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
