• Consistently prepare menu items according to established recipes, plate presentations, and specifications, ensuring that every dish meets the restaurant's standards.
• Complete all assigned prep work to ensure that ingredients are ready for efficient cooking during service.
• Set up the workstation accordingly to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling, cleaning, and sanitizing the work area before, during, and after shifts.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects to maintain the overall hygiene of the kitchen.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure smooth operation.
• Ability to move swiftly and efficiently throughout the shift, maintaining high energy levels and agility.
• Physical strength with the ability to lift between 25 to 50 pounds, and stamina to work on feet for the duration of the shift.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
