• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and provide excellent guest service.
• Support daily tasks assigned by leadership to achieve goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment for moving merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties as needed by the business.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders as required.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions; participate in drives and carryout as needed.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
