Sales Associate
Location:
Hackensack, NJ
$16.00/hr - $19.00/hr
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Hackensack, NJ. Our family‑owned store is a destination shop that draws customers from hundreds of miles away. The atmosphere is fun and exciting, and you will receive professional training on jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones. The Sales Associate will assist customers with their purchases, provide product knowledge, process returns and exchanges, and help find the perfect piece to fit each customer’s needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with purchases, product knowledge, and returns
- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Ensure a clean and organized store environment
- Work weekends as required; available for full‑time or part‑time shifts
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required—full training will be provided
- Strong customer‑service skills and a passion for jewelry
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
