Summary
The Seasonal Sales Associate creates exceptional in-store customer experiences through fashion knowledge and styling talent. The role prioritizes connecting customers with products while supporting store merchandising and operations.
Responsibilities- Greet and connect with customers to create a seamless, engaging in-store experience.
- Participate in merchandising and operational requirements.
- Work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about their needs, and sharing information.
- Be resourceful, adaptable, comfortable with technology, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to stand, walk, reach, handle merchandise, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Use computers, handheld devices, and point-of-sale systems to process transactions.
