Summary
Deliver a welcoming, engaging, and personalized in-store and online shopping experience for furniture and bedding customers. Build lasting customer relationships, share product knowledge, and drive sales through attentive service and effective use of technology.
Responsibilities- Create seamless and enjoyable customer experiences in store and online while cultivating client relationships.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and using technology to support the shopping experience.
- Participate in merchandising and operational tasks, including maintaining selling areas and supporting fulfillment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and present information clearly.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret instructional and procedural documents.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and store equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
