• Diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks with gas and diesel engines in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately and efficiently
• Document all repairs and services performed in accordance with dealership policies
• Communicate effectively with Advisors/Management regarding vehicle conditions and recommended services
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Proven experience as a truck technician, with proficiency in gas or diesel engine repair
• Valid certifications from Ford Motor Company preferred
• Strong knowledge of Ford vehicles and diagnostic systems is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
