Holley Child Care and Development Center is a 24‑hour long‑term intensive treatment residential facility for high‑risk and behavioral‑challenged children ages 8–15.
Schedule & HoursShift: 3 pm–11 pm (Mon‑Fri or weekends). Flexible days. Full time or part time.
Responsibilities- Supervise, organize, and support recreational and/or socialization activities
- Play an active role in leading the milieu staff through youth’s structured routine while collaborating with youth’s case manager, clinician, and prescriber
- Engage and interact with youth based on behavioral intervention plans
- Observe, document, and acknowledge positive behaviors
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Bachelor level degree in a related social service field (Psychology, Sociology, Education, Public Health, etc.), Psychology preferred. Preference to those interested in enrolling in an MSW program, to achieve growth within the agency. 3 years or more with a high school diploma working with youth in a behavioral group setting. Must have a valid driver's license.
