As eMaids of Edgewater expands quickly, we are seeking a talented Spanish‑speaking Maid Supervisor to join our team in the neighborhood. It's a pleasure to welcome you to the eMaids team as our newest team member.

• eMaids is looking for true professionals who are serious about their work, love to clean and are extremely customer service oriented.
• MUST BE A BILINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKER
• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Have great personality and be a team player
• Have strong work ethic
• Be able to train and motivate a team
• At least 3–6 months of previous experience
• Speak and write English (although fluency is not required)
• Have at least 1-year cleaning experience

• Supervise and run larger job site cleanings
• Perform cleaning inspections on new maids (2–3 per week)
• Follow up with customers who have complaint cleanings
• Help interview and hire new maids
• Train and coach new maids on cleaning standards and procedures
• Provide onsite estimates
