As a forefront member of the logistics team, the chosen candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of goods and services straight from our warehouse to the customer.

• Coordinate the outbound shipment of goods, ensuring orders are accurate and shipped on time.
• Prepare shipping documents, like invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
• Operate and maintain shipping equipment, including barcode scanners and label printers.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure shipping area complies with safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in the inventory control and auditing processes.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to enhance shipping and receiving efficiencies and resolve any related issues.
• Communicate directly with customer service and sales teams to confirm shipping timelines and methods, and to troubleshoot any issues.
• Update and maintain accurate records of shipped items.
• Inspect shipments to ensure they conform to customer standards and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Partake in ongoing education and training to stay knowledgeable about industry trends and developments.
• Assist in implementing new shipping technologies and processes to improve logistical operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Shipping Clerk or similar role.
• Must be able to speak and read English fluently.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing procedures and best practices.
• Must have experience with electric pallet jacks.
• Proficiency with logistics software or transport management systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve problems swiftly.
