Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Documented training as defined in the CLIA regulation 42

• Non-degree semester hours in medical technology, clinical laboratory, chemical, physical, or biological science will be evaluated as defined in the CLIA regulation 42

• ASCP eligible required
• Bachelor s degree in chemical, physical or biological science or medical laboratory technology/ medical or clinical laboratory science preferred
• Associate s degree in chemical, physical or biological science or medical laboratory technology/ medical or clinical laboratory science and experience as defined in the CLIA regulation 42
  
  CFR
  493.1489(b) preferred
• If major is not specified on diploma, transcript required
• If foreign degree, foreign equivalency documents required
• Minimum 2 years Blood Bank experience preferred, if applicable
• New MLS/ CLS/ MLT/ AAS graduates welcome!
