We're looking for a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our dynamic team and help us continue to grow and provide top-tier service.

Position Overview:

As a Commercial Lines Account Executive at Otterstedt Agency you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high-quality service, and assisting clients in selecting the best insurance policies tailored to their needs. You will be the primary point of contact for policyholders, handling inquiries, renewals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact for insurance-related needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and advice to clients on policy options, renewals, claims, and coverage adjustments.
  • Review and assess client accounts to identify opportunities for coverage enhancements or cost savings.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and insurance carriers to ensure smooth policy administration.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Support new business development and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a client-facing or account management role.
  • Strong understanding of various types of insurance (e.g., auto, property, casualty, life, health,).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
  • P&C license required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, & Excel.
  • Knowledge of EPIC a plus.
