Maintenance Specialist - 3rd Shift ( 500 SIGN ON BONUS)

Base pay range:  22.00/hr -  26.00/hr

Reporting to:
Maintenance Manager

• Rebuild, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as valves, motors, pneumatic tools, production equipment and machines in accordance with specifications.
• Work from basic diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufacturers’ specifications and schematics.
• Proficient use of hand tools (standard/metric sockets, open-ended wrenches, Allen wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.).
• Resolve technical issues using machine blueprints/diagrams.
• Observe company safety rules and policies.
• Perform, as assigned, other similar or related duties.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-4 years of hands-on, full-time machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Highly physical position; must be able to walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Some experience in troubleshooting electrical issues utilizing voltmeter
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Exposure to/proficiency troubleshooting PLC systems a PLUS
• Ability to operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklift or scissor lift
• Note:
  
  Hourly pay may be determined by qualifications and experience; position is expected to pay between  22 and  26 hourly plus a  1.50 hourly shift differential
