Staff Management | SMX is hiring for candy production roles in Hackettstown, NJ. Positions include 2nd and 3rd shifts with pay of $18.30–$18.50 per hour in a climate-controlled facility. These are long-term opportunities with on-the-job training and weekly pay. Candidates must be 18+, pass background checks and a drug test, and be able to lift 40 pounds.
Work includes packing, palletizing, GMP compliance, and maintaining a clean, safe production area. English reading/comprehension is required.
