• Provide direct resident care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and assess their condition.
• Conduct medication checks.
• Accurately document resident information, treatments, and responses to care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

• Valid New Jersey LPN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in sub-acute care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements.
• CPR and BLS certifications.
• Flu vaccination required.

Competitive Pay: $30 - $32 per hour

Full-Time (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM & 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
